Our 'housing assistance and settling in' service is centered on the one-day house viewing package.

Based on a comprehensive housing questionnaire filled out by the expatriate, CDRC collaborates with real estate agents, screens the internet and local press and contacts private property owners in order to select houses/apartments matching the specific criteria of the client. Due to our preparation, in 99% of cases our clients are successful in finding their home in one day. A two-day package is in most cases not required, but remains available upon request.

New clients are asked to complete our "relocation support request". This questionnaire will enable CDRC to follow your corporate policies, preferences and budgets throughout all aspects of the relocation. Liaising with your preferred corporate partners and sourcing solutions in keeping with any specific requirements that you may have.
