Immigration offer

Work Permit

If you have a foreign national who’s eligible for a work permit application:

  • We will submit a list of required documents
  • We will provide addresses and times to collect the documents required
  • We will hand in the application on your behalf (proxy form necessary)
  • We will follow up the request and collect the work permit and employment authorisation
  • We will deliver both above documents to the Belgian employer

 

Visa

The foreign national will need to apply for a visa in person

We’ll provide all necessary information, including a list of documents; the Consulate or Embassy contacts, opening hours and indication of time required.

 

Registration procedure

We’ll provide you with the list of documents required for the registration at your local town hall in Belgium. Accompanied visits can be provided.
